High quality Electro Galvanised BMCold Roll Steel Slats JIS G 3313 or BS 4360 A Grade 43A, Heavy-Duty MS Steel tubular pipes, safety plates, shaft-bolts, etc with steel sheets of 1.6mm gauge for Casing Covers fitted into two parts including Roller Shafts & it's mechanism of JIS-G-3101 or BS 4360 are all prime coasted with Fire Resistance anti corrosive zinc chromate serve as a fire resistance coating for steel & water seal design all providing strength, durability, trouble-free operation to satisfy the specified requirements of a complete unit Fire Resistance Steel Roller Shutter Doors for protection of lives & properties. Standard : BS 476 Part 22 1987.

POWER OPERATOR SAFETY DEVICE / FEATURES :
1.gif (156 bytes) Remote control the shutter door within 10M distance.
2.gif (278 bytes) Automatically stop the power operation when any object under the shutter door. BCMS System can be apply and incorporated.
3.gif (279 bytes) The tension wire will be released and limit switch will be active. The stop signal will be received by remote control and stop the power operator for one minute then re-start.
4.gif (273 bytes) Emergency chain-pull devise provided in the event of power failure.

Zincalume Steel Slats available upon request. (coated steel 43.5% zinc, 55% aluminium and 1.5% silicon). Recommended without paint/or other finishes or resistance to scratch/corrosion for non fire rated shutter.
